Warranty Inspection Agreement

Customer understands that the warranty is limited to water intrusion caused solely by improper installation of the work performed under the contract. In the event there is no active roof leak, or the issue is determined not to be caused by improper installation or otherwise falls outside of the warranty coverage, a $300 inspection fee will be due at the time of inspection.

Customer also understands that warranty inspection scheduling is subject to availability and may take approximately 1 to 3 weeks depending on current scheduling conditions. Inspection dates are subject to change, and customer will typically be contacted a few days prior to the scheduled visit.

Prior to the warranty inspection, customer is encouraged to inspect air conditioning systems, attic equipment, ducts, drain lines, and related components, as moisture intrusion or ceiling stains may sometimes be caused by condensation, clogged drain lines, or other non-roof-related conditions.

As a courtesy, where applicable, the crew may perform light roof maintenance during the inspection, such as removing loose debris or sealing minor penetrations.

Please note the following common conditions are not covered under the warranty:

  1. Lack of roof maintenance.
  2. Ceiling stains or cracks from previous leaks that are no longer active.
  3. Ceiling cracks related to structural movement and not active roof leaks.
  4. Rotted wood on overhangs or surrounding areas.
  5. Blisters or ponding water on flat roofs.
  6. Condensation from AC vents, ducts, or conduits.
  7. Water intrusion around windows caused by wall cracks or defective window sealants.
  8. Work performed, modified, or repaired by others.
