T&S Roofing Systems, Inc. (“T&S Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. Information you provide

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property you’re asking us to inspect or service, when you fill out a quote, contact, or estimate request form.
  • Project details: roof type, project description, photos, insurance carrier, and similar information you choose to share so we can scope the work.
  • Communications: the content of phone calls, voicemails, text messages, emails, and form submissions you send to us. Calls placed to or from numbers shown on the Site may be recorded for quality and training; if a call is recorded, you’ll be notified at the start of the call.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: pages visited, referring URL, browser type, device type, IP address, and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and pixels to remember preferences, measure traffic, and attribute leads to marketing channels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not work as expected if you do.
  • Call tracking: phone numbers displayed on the Site may be dynamically swapped by call-tracking software so we can attribute calls to the marketing source that brought you to us. The call still rings T&S Roofing directly.

  • Schedule and perform roofing work, including ordering materials and pulling permits;

How We Share Information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us run the business or as required by law, including:

  • Service providers: CRM, scheduling, call-tracking, analytics, email, payment processing, and document signing vendors who handle data on our behalf under contract.
  • Manufacturers and warranty programs: when you receive a GAF, CertainTeed, or Owens Corning warranty, we share the project details required to register and validate that warranty.
  • Insurance carriers and adjusters: when you ask us to assist with an insurance claim, we share project documentation, photos, and estimates with your carrier.
  • Subcontractors and suppliers: limited to the information needed to complete the work on your property.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of T&S Roofing, our customers, or the public.

SMS & Phone Communications

When you submit a form or share your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from T&S Roofing about your project, scheduling, and follow-up. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message we send. We will still contact you about active projects after you opt out of marketing.

Data Retention & Security

We retain project, financial, and warranty records for as long as needed to support the warranty period, satisfy legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

  • Access & correction: you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@tsroofingsystems.com.
  • Marketing opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, reply STOP to a marketing text, or contact us directly.
  • Cookies: control cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Do Not Track: our Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
