The purpose of this letter is to serve as reference for the recently completed remodeling project undertaken at Celebration Point Condominiums, located in Miami Lakes, Florida, by T & S roofing.
T & S Roofing was dually selected, by the Board of Directors, and the contractor (HCI Construction), as the roofing contractor for the roofing portion of the remodeling project. T & S Roofing was selected via a competitive bid process, where they were able to clearly distinguish themselves from their competition in professionalism, presentation and price.
The project consisted of a complete re roofing of 22 residential units, and an adjacent pool/bathroom facility. T & S Roofing went above and beyond throughout all stages of the project, in order to best serve our community.
Pre-construction: T & S Roofing kept representatives from the board of directors and the contractor aware of all of their pre- construction/staging operations. From supply delivery logistics, to working around individual residents needs, T & S responded with a comprehensive well thought out plan, which was initiated flawlessly.
Construction: During the construction phase, T & S Roofing excelled. They were able to efficiently stay on schedule and even finish ahead of time!. They maintained the property to our strict resident standards, and were able to respond effectively to our needs as the project progressed.
Post-construction: As with any project this size, issues would arise from time to time. T & S Roofing responded quickly and efficiently to address our needs and ensure that any loose ends were quickly resolved.
I highly recommend T & S Roofing as our contractor of choice to service our roofing needs, for this project, and for any future projects we might need their service.
